We accept reservations and provide accommodation and services in accordance with this general information. Our terms of business exclude responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or delay. All bookings are governed by Jersey law. Items of value may be deposited for safekeeping.

The pool is unattended and therefore children and non-swimmers must not bathe unaccompanied. Children must be supervised by adults in the pool.
Payment of Accounts PDF |Print| E-mail

We ask that all accounts be settled in full before departure. Payment may be in cash (British pounds, Euros or US Dollars) or travellers cheques (British pounds only). British Personal cheques are accepted only if presented 14 days before departure, unless within the limit of a bank guarantee card. Most credit and debit cards accepted.
Arrival and Departure PDF |Print| E-mail
Guests are welcome to arrive in the morning, afternoon, or evening, but we ask you to notify us in advance of your travel arrangements and estimated time of arrival, so that we can prepare for you. Nevertheless, bedrooms may not be available for occupancy until after midday although we shall make every effort to make you comfortable. We request that on the day of departure bedrooms are vacated by 10.00 am to enable them to be cleaned and serviced. You are welcome to use our other facilities until your departure time.

Because of these terms and conditions we strongly recommend insurance to cover all accommodation and travel charges.
Cancellations etc PDF |Print| E-mail
The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, unless one month's clear notice is received and we are able to re-let the accommodation. In the unfortunate event of cancellation within one month prior to arrival, late arrival, or departure prior to the expiry of a reservation, the bed & breakfast rate will be charged if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. Please note that different arrangements apply to inclusive packages, please see the special booking form.

Please telephone or email to check that the accommodation you require is available and to make a provisional booking. Then complete the booking form and send it to us with your deposit of £40 per person per week or part week. We shall confirm your reservation by return.
Enjoy your stay PDF |Print| E-mail
ImageWe are a small family run friendly establishment. Your room, our facilities and assistance are available to you throughout your stay. Our only 'rule' is that guests and particularly their children respect the need of others for quiet enjoyment of their stay.

We offer reduced rates for children sharing family accommodation. There is no charge for a child under 2 sleeping in a cot. We recommend a telephone call to discuss your family requirements
Inclusive holidays PDF |Print| E-mail
We can arrange package holidays including travel by air or sea, transfers and insurance. These offer excellent value and can be tailored to your own individual requirements. Everything can be arranged with one telephone call to us. We can also arrange car and bicycle hire.
